Okeechobee Music Festival releases daily performance schedule

The Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival on Wednesday announced its daily schedule for music taking place in the woods around Sunshine Grove, north of Lake Okeechobee, March 2-5. With an eclectic lineup including Kings of Leon, Bassnectar, Usher and the Roots, Sturgill Simpson, Sleigh Bells, Wiz Khalifa, Rae Sremmurd, Flume and dozens of others, tickets have sold quickly. Three-day passes are sold out, and four-day passes ($269) are nearly gone. VIP packages, starting at $599, are available.

Here is a look at when some of the main acts will perform in Okeechobee’s five performance spaces March 3-5. The festival opens Thursday, March 2 with warm-up sets from 10 DJs and other performers, including Miami-based steel guitarist Roosevelt Collier and friends on Aquachobee Beach at 6:30 p.m.

Friday, March 3: Waka Flocka Flame 6 p.m., Cold War Kids 9:45 p.m., Wiz Khalifa 10 p.m., Young the Giant 11:15 p.m., Flume 12:15 a.m.

Saturday, March 4: George Clinton and Parliament  Funkadelic 2 p.m., The Revivalists 3 p.m., Sleigh Bells 5:45 p.m., Rae Sremmurd 7:30 p.m., Solange 8:45 p.m., Bassnectar 9:30 p.m., Sturgill Simpson 11 p.m., Usher and the Roots 11:45 p.m.
