This acclaimed oceanfront darling may have a revitalized look and menu after a three-month renovation, but promoted executive chef, Adrienne Grenier, is continuing the 16-year-old tradition of her predecessors and mentors, chefs Dean Max and Paula DaSilva.

"The food will be hyper fresh," says Grenier, who grew up in Hollywood and is a "Chopped" TV champion. "I like really high-quality, local products, whether from Swank Farms in Loxahatchee or the farms in Homestead, or whether it's the local fish in our backyard."

Her menu changes frequently, but current highlights include ahi tuna poke ($17), charred octopus ($15), Florida rock shrimp curried corn risotto ($19), spice-rubbed pork chop with celery root puree and mustard sauce ($33) and tropical fruit meringue tart with guava sorbet ($12).

Eight new cocktails ($15) include Cranberrylicious Margarita and Gingerbread Man Martini.

The sleeker dining room is more contemporary with neutral colors, straighter lines and darker accents, such as striking halo chandeliers. Fishing line-filled opaque panels and higher banquettes help filter out the lobby noise.
