Wynwood Kitchen & Bar: A feast for the eyes

Drawing from color and texture, chef Miguel Aguilar was inspired by Miami artist Santiago Rubino to create a four-course meal. Aguilar reflected Rubino's background with a spin on traditional Argentinian dishes. For example, the alfajores sandwiched chocolate instead of dulce de leche, and the steak dish highlighted sea bass instead. "Aguilar is an artist as well," said Rubino. "He puts his creativity and skills onto the plate." The restaurant plans to continue this art-inspired theme each month. They are currently in talks with pop artist Romero Britto. - Marian Liu /
